Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add a new account?

Go to the Home tab, scroll to the account section, and tap "See All". Then tap the "+" button to add a new Cash/Bank, Credit Card, or Liability account.

How do I record a transaction?

From the Dashboard, tap the "Income" or "Expense" button. Fill in the amount, select an account and category, then tap "Save".

How do I pay my credit card?

Go to Bills tab, find your credit card statement, and tap "Pay". Select the source account and enter the payment amount.

How do I transfer between accounts?

Tap the "Transfer" button on the Dashboard, or go to More > New Transfer. Select the source and destination accounts, enter the amount, and confirm.

Is my data secure?

Yes! All your data is stored locally on your device only. We don't have access to your financial information. You can also enable Face ID or Touch ID for extra security.

How do I delete all my data?

Simply delete the Pinoy Budget app from your device. Since all data is stored locally, removing the app permanently deletes all your data.

Can I change the app's theme?

Yes! Go to More > Appearance. You can choose Light, Dark, or System theme, and pick from 6 accent colors including Teal, Blue, Green, Purple, Orange, and Pink.
