Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Pinoy Budget ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License Grant
Pinoy Budget grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Pinoy Budget, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Transfer the App to another person or mirror it on any other server
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without written consent
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored in the App
- All activities that occur on your device related to the App
- Ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws
- The accuracy of the financial data you enter into the App
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PINOY BUDGET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Financial Disclaimer
Pinoy Budget is a personal finance tracking tool only. The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You should consult with qualified professionals for such advice. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on your use of the App.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Updates and Changes
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
